Cannibal Creek
We are an award winning, single vineyard winery, cellar door and restaurant located about an hour east of Melbourne, on the granite filled fringe of western Gippsland. You will find us nestled in a greenbelt valley of high rainfall and rich soil farming land just beyond the urban sprawl, where the air becomes fresher and the distinct granite range of Mount Cannibal looms into view.
We are family owned, from planting the vines 20 years ago to tending the vines by hand today on a property that is still our family home.
We have a total vineyard area of approximately 5 hectares comprising pinot noir, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, merlot and cabernet sauvignon. We pick and tend the vines by hand, we use sustainable soil nourishment methods and cultural practices to ensure the finest quality grapes and wine.
Our range includes sparkling blanc de blancs, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, pinot noir, merlot, cabernet merlot, cabernet sauvignon and vin de liqueur. Chardonnay and pinot noir also are available as a premium reserve. All our wine is grown and made onsite, as natural as possible, with minimal intervention.
